Kristin Emmer joins Freight Depot Accounting (FDA) as a bookkeeping specialist. She focuses on filing monthly taxes, reconciling accounts, and assembling financial statements for a number of clients.
Prior to her time at FDA, Kristin honed her skills as a bookkeeping specialist for an engineering company where she worked for 19 years. Even from her early days, bookkeeping came naturally to her. Prior to starting high school, Kristin helped her father manage receipts and balance his checkbook for his personal business. That was just the beginning, she went on to work for a bookkeeper of a physiologist helping to record payments, then track and record sales/purchases as a manager of sub shop, and finally became a commercial billing clerk for an environmental waste service company.
Kristin takes pride in meeting all of her clients’ needs with care and attention to detail. In her free time, she enjoys researching genealogy, reading, and traveling.
Kristin received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State Community College
