Our founder

Pam Morris

Pam Morris has been vital to the growth of the firm. She started with HHM as a partner in 2013, transitioned to the Chief Operating Officer in 2018, and now serves as the Chief Financial Officer leading the firm’s financial operations.

Pam has over 30 year’s tax and accounting experience. Amidst her long list of accomplishments, Pam founded Freight Depot Accounting to support accounting needs of startup and small businesses. She has a true entrepreneurial spirit and has led countless new businesses through the many challenges startups face. As the founder and partner, she oversees the operations and business development.

Why are we called Freight Depot Accounting?

Our offices are located in a historic train depot. Which is fitting, because we focus on keeping our clients on track and moving forward.

Becky Betsill
Manager

Becky brings over 35 years of experience to Freight Depot Accounting. As the manager of FDA, she oversees the day-to-day operations, is a full charge bookkeeper, handles accounts payable and receivable, and generates financial statements. She is truly a jack-of-all-trades.
Becky has worked in accounting for various industries: construction, retail, wholesale, and for two CPA firms. Becky has years of experience solving complex accounting challenges for clients, which makes her a well-rounded and trusted expert for all types of clients.

On the weekends, Becky enjoys gardening and traveling.

Christina Dill

Supervisor

Christina brought over 16 years of bookkeeping experience when she joined Freight Depot Accounting. As Supervisor, she’s responsible for bookkeeping, financials, monthly taxes, reconciliation of accounts, and data input for our clients.

She believes proper organization and care for the fine details can relieve and prevent stresses that come with running a business. That philosophy mixed with her diverse experience in retail, real estate, and manufacturing has proven to be a huge asset to our clients.

Off the clock, Christina likes to spend time with her family, ride motorcycles, hunt arrowheads, and hike Chattanooga’s beautiful trails.

Ginger Denton
Bookkeeping Specialist

Ginger Denton is an account specialist with Freight Depot Accounting. She has a background in computer programming/operations and has been the administrator of various software applications.

Prior to working with FDA, Ginger was the business manager for the Humane Educational Society where she streamlined adoption and animal protection services, as well as serving as the full charge bookkeeper/accountant for the non-profit organization. She believes working for a non-profit has prepared her for FDA’s diverse clientele.

Ginger’s weekends are filled with home improvements, family gatherings, and traveling.

Kristin Emmer

Bookkeeping Specialist

Kristin Emmer joins Freight Depot Accounting (FDA) as a bookkeeping specialist. She focuses on filing monthly taxes, reconciling accounts, and assembling financial statements for a number of clients.

Prior to her time at FDA, Kristin honed her skills as a bookkeeping specialist for an engineering company where she worked for 19 years. Even from her early days, bookkeeping came naturally to her. Prior to starting high school, Kristin helped her father manage receipts and balance his checkbook for his personal business. That was just the beginning, she went on to work for a bookkeeper of a physiologist helping to record payments, then track and record sales/purchases as a manager of sub shop, and finally became a commercial billing clerk for an environmental waste service company.

Kristin takes pride in meeting all of her clients’ needs with care and attention to detail. In her free time, she enjoys researching genealogy, reading, and traveling.
Kristin received her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State Community College.

Shauna Patton
Bookkeeping Specialist
As a former small business owner, Shauna understands the importance of having balanced books. She’s worked as a seamstress, in construction, as an auditor, and now as a bookkeeper. All her experience, combined with an eye for details and love of numbers, helps her give personalized support to clients. When she’s not at work, Shauna enjoys being outside or spending time with her family. She’s a mother to three amazing kids. Shauna earned her AAS in Accounting from Chattanooga State.
Teresa Seiberlich
Bookkeeping Specialist

Teresa has extensive experience working with small businesses. Prior to joining FDA, she handled all aspects of their accounting from A/P, A/R, Payroll, bank reconciliations, to month-end and year-end financial statements. She’s helped many service and construction companies, credit unions, law offices, and freight forwarders balance their books. Today she focuses on taking care of the bookkeeping needs of small business clients at FDA, applying her knowledge and expertise to give her clients the best and most reliable service. Teresa graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and has passed the CPA Exam. Outside of work, she serves as the church council Secretary of First Lutheran Church.
